Terms of Service

What CrowdAudit is

CrowdAudit opens the pages you choose in a real browser, runs automated checks on them, and asks AI personas to review them. You get a report with what they found and what to fix first.

The personas are simulated by AI models. They are not real people, and what they say is not survey data. Treat a report as an informed second opinion, not a guarantee of how real visitors will behave.

Your account

Keep your password and API keys to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. You can delete your account at any time in Settings.

Which sites you can audit

  • Only audit sites you own or have permission to test.
  • Don’t use CrowdAudit to overload, attack or scrape a site.
  • Our crawler identifies itself as CrowdAuditBot and respects robots.txt. We may refuse or stop an audit that looks like abuse.

Prices, credit and refunds

  • You pay per report, from prepaid credit or by card. The price is shown before you start.
  • Credit doesn’t expire. We don’t pay out unused credit as cash unless the law requires it.
  • If an audit fails, its price goes back to your credit automatically.
  • A recheck of a finished audit costs 30% less if you start it within 30 days of the original report.

Your reports

Your reports are yours. They stay private unless you create a share link, and you can turn a share link off at any time. You decide what, if anything, to change on your site.

No guarantees

We work to keep CrowdAudit accurate and available, but it is provided as is. We are not liable for decisions you make based on a report, and to the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we’ll update the date above and tell account holders by email.
